Cancer Action Grand Prix 5K Volunteer
The Grand Prix 5K provides many opportunities to volunteer for a few hours, or dozens of hours depending on your schedule! There are "sit-down" tasks, courier/driving tasks and some moderate-lifting tasks that are all available the week proceeding the event (July 17-21) during business hours. The day on the event (July 22) there are volunteer positions ranging from set-up, to timekeeping, course monitors, registration assistants, kiddie-dash volunteers, food and drink servers, race spotters with DJ Kirby (Mix 93-3), finish line assistants and water station servers. Volunteers of all ages and abilities are greatly needed and appreciated! Please complete the volunteer interest form if you are interested.

The agency has various events and programs throughout the year, such as the 5K Grand Prix in July and preparing our Holiday gift bags. These volunteer opportunities are available at different times of the year and would entail working a brief period of time.
