Cancer Transitions
Helping cancer survivors who have completed treatment in the past two years make the transition from active treatment to survivorship. This program is a six week series facilitated by healthcare professionals that will answer many of your questions about cancer survivorship and post-treatment care.
Session Topics Will Include:
Nutrition & Exercise; Stress Management
Emotional Health; Post-Treatment Care
