EJ - Yoga for Cancer Recovery

Yoga is a series of movements or postures coupled with breathing practices designed to promote physical health and emotional wellness. Each class encourages participants to work at their own physical level while allowing the mind to focus on present moment experiences with the result of well being for each person. When we can develop greater awareness then we allow ourselves to stay present to what is true and real as well as reconnecting to ourselves.
Gentle Yoga for Cancer Recovery is a class appropriate for people who wish to learn yoga principles and postures or for those who already have had a yoga experience in the past and want to continue.
This class will be offered weekly on Fridays. To register for the class, please call 816-350-8881
